TOTAL VACANCY: 173 posts (Lower Division Clerk: 78, Stenographer: 95)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Passed Intermediate (12th class) exam or equivalent from recognized board and must have 35 WPM typing speed in English and 30 WPM in Hindi.

Stenographer Grade III: Passed Intermediate(12th class) exam or equivalent from recognized board and candidates will be given one dictation test in English or in Hindi at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes who opt to take the test in English will be required to transcribe the matter in 50 minutes on computer and the candidates who opt to take the test in Hindi will be required to transcribe the matter in 65 minutes on computer.

SCHEME OF EXAM: The written examination will consist of one objective type paper as shown below :

• Subjects: I. General Intelligence, II. General Awareness, III. English Language and Comprehension
• Total Questions: 200 questions
• Total Marks: 200 Marks
• Total Duration of Exam: 2 Hour (2 hours 40 minutes for Visually Divyang.
• The medium of Exam: I and II English/Hindi (Objective Type) And Section III will be both Hindi & English.
• Penalty for the Wrong Answer: 0.25 Marks for the Wrong Answer

SELECTION PROCESS: Candidate selection is based on Computer Based Test CBT.
