Eligibility Criteria – 

AE (Civil/ Electrical/ Architect/ Electrical/ Mechanical MEP) – BE / B.Tech Degree in Related Trade / Branch with 3 Year Experience.

AE Structural – ME / M.Tech in Related Trade with 1 Year Experience.

AAO (CA/ Actuarial/ Legal) – Bachelor Degree with CA/ Actuarial/ UG/ PG Exam.

Rajbhasha (AAO) – Master Degree in Hindi / English / Sanskrit.

AAO (IT) – BE / B.Tech Degree in CS / IT / Electronics / MCA / M.SC (CS)

Selection Process for AAO/AE Vacancy

Selection of Assistant Administrative Officers will be done through a two-tiered process and subsequent Pre-recruitment Medical examination. Check Complete Details at Below.

(a) Phase I – Preliminary Exam
(b) Phase II – Mains Exam
(c) Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination

Exam Pattern –

Phase I – Preliminary Exam: Pre Exam Consist of Objective Test will conducted Online. The Medium of Exam is Bilingual (English/ Hindi) and Knowledge of State Language. The Total Duration of Pre Exam is 60 Minutes (01 Hour) that is 20 Minutes each for Three Sections.

Phase II – Main Examination: Main Exaination Consist of Online Objective for 200 Marks And Total No. of Questions is 200 and Total Duaration of Exam is 02 Hours 30 Minutes thats 30 Minutes each for 5 Sections
