Eligibility – 

Law Clerk cum Research Assistant – Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB 3 Year or 5 Year) in Any Recognized University India. And Basic Computer Knowledge.

NOTE – Integrated 5 Year LLB Appeared Candidates in Final Year Are Also Eligible.

Selection Process – Candidates Selection is based on Online Examination.

Exam Pattern – Question Paper for Online Exam shall contain 150 multiple choice objective type questions to be solved within a period of two hours (120 Minutes). And 0.25 Marks Negative marking for wrong answer.

Paper I – General English & General Aptitude / Awareness – 50 Marks

Part II – Indian Constitution, Indian Panel Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Civil Procedure Code & Indian Evidence Act – 100 Marks
