Eligibility Criteria:

Personal Assistant – Bachelor Degree (Graduation) In Any Recognized University in Bihar or Other State. And English as a Subject in Degree / Master Level with Minimum 50% Marks. With Certificate in English Short Hand and Typing
Shorthand Speed: 80 WPM in English
Typing English Test: 40 WPM in Hindi

Selection Process: Candidate selection is based on the Following mode:

• English Shorthand Typing Test
• Typing (English)
• English Language and Grammer Test
• Knowledge of Computer Application
• Oral Interview

Exam Pattern: The Exam Structure mentioned below:-

Test-I : English Shorthand Dictation & Typing Test (Duration 60 minutes)
a) Shorthand dictation of 800 words in 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
b) Revision of shorthand immediately after dictation (Max. Time 15 minutes)
c) Passage typing of the dictated passage (max. time 35 minutes)

Test-II : Knowledge of Computer Application Test (Duration 10 minutes)
a) Multiple Choice question (15 questions).

Test-III : English Language & Grammar Test (Duration 20 minutes)
a) Multiple Choice question (30 questions).

Test-IV : English Typing Test (Duration 10 minutes)
a) Passage Typing of 400 words from the passage displayed on computer screen.
